WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.  We currently off Pay Pal, Credit Card via Stripe and Afterpay. Please note that we will not deliver your order until we receive payment from you.

 

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING and RETURNS POLICY

DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA WIDE?

Due to natural elements in some of our products (pinecones, gumnuts, dried orange slices etc.), some of our products are unable to be delivered to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Please refer to the product description for delivery restrictions.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?

All of our items are pre-made and ready to ship unless stated on the item page. Please allow a 3-5 day processing time for us to package your order and up to 7 days in peak seasonal times. You will receive an update when your order is sent for delivery with a tracking number. If you would like to check the progress of your order, please email us and we can update you accordingly.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Depending on the size of your order, your order will be shipped with Australia Post or Courier - tracking numbers will always be provided. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Some deliveries may experience extra delays thanks to the aftermath of Covid. We expect transit time to take 3-6 business days or longer in rural and remote areas. However, we recommend monitoring your tracking number(s) for real-time delivery updates.

Rest assured, we are working to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery is a flat rate of $15.95. Delivery is free for orders over $200.

CAN I DELAY MY SHIPMENT TO A CERTAIN DATE?

If you need to delay your shipment date please get in contact with us before you place your order, or at least within 12 hours of placing your order.

MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPMENT.

If you have not received your package after the date that Australia Post estimated the package to be delivered, please contact us. If there is a tracking number that shows the package in transit, but not moving after a certain date, we will follow up with Australia Post and will provide you with an update within 24 business hours.

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us. If your order contained more than one box, we will need to get the tracking numbers of the boxes that were received. We will work with Australia Post and get back to you with a solution within 24 business hours. While we take extra special care to safely pack your product, but we cannot guarantee how Australia Post handle packages. 

 

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

 

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY or I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.

Store credits are issued if you receive a faulty or incorrect product. If your product is faulty or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to receive details to return an item.  Items must be returned and inspected before store credits are issued.
